Jianhua Tan graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2012 with a master's degree in law. During that period, she won the runner-up of the freshman debate competition of the Master's College. After graduation, she served in the government institution for four years. In 2013, she independently planned and published a popular tax science reading book "Reading Chinese Tax" and won the "Most Popular Digital Reading Publication" of Blue Lion Tencent Literature in 2013. The book was revised in 2017 and reprinted. From 2014 to 2015, at the invitation of Dr.Changyu Li, a famous international criminal identification scientist and CITIC Publishing House, she organized and compiled an autobiography of Dr. Changyu Li. War is impossible: Changyu Li's Identifying Life. The book was published by CITIC Publishing House in January 2016 and sold more than 10,000 copies. It was highly praised by Dr. Li.

Jianhua Tan has a profound writing style and is good at digging out the potential key information of the case, making three-dimensional analysis of the case and accurately capturing the legal disputes in the case; combining the facts and legal provisions of the case, she is good at creatively putting forward litigation strategies for the interests of the parties; she is skilled in writing various legal documents with accurate words and precise expressions; and she is adept in using cases and papers to examine. By capturing disputes, collecting judgments of similar cases with courts, summarizing judgment ideas, and producing comprehensive case analysis reports of the same kind, she can use these as a reference for the decision-making of the host lawyers and the parties, and can accomplish the work of assistant court lawyers very well.
